Wedding Reception Policies
In order to host an event at Camelot Club, non-Members must secure a Member Sponsor
and pay the appropriate non-Member room rental. The Club will be happy to assist you
with this process. The room rental may be applied toward the initiation fee required for Membership, should the Patron decide to join Camelot Club.

Menu Selections
To ensure that every detail is handled in a professional manner, Camelot Club requires menu selections and specific requests to be finalized 30 days prior to your event. You will receive a copy of the banquet event order (BEO) on which you may make additions and/or deletions. The BEO must be returned to us with your confirming signature no later than 14 days prior to the event.

Food & Beverage
Camelot Club must supply all food and beverage. Due to health standards, food is not allowed to be brought into or taken from the Club without the expressed consent of Management. The only exceptions are Wedding Cakes, Groom’s Cakes and Birthday Cakes. Menu prices are subject to change at any time. Due to fluctuations in costs, prices can only be guaranteed sixty (60) days prior to the event date. Camelot Club reserves the right to discontinue alcoholic beverage service when deemed appropriate. The Club will comply with all federal, state, and local laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages.

Guarantees
The number of guests attending an event must be submitted to the Catering Office at least seven (7) business days prior to the event date. If no guarantee is given, the estimated number of guests as stated on the original Camelot Club BEO will apply. If less than the guaranteed number actually attend, you will be charged for the guaranteed number. If more than the guaranteed number attend, you will be charged for the actual number of guests.

Room Assignments
Private dining rooms are assigned according to the number of guests and special set-up requirements at the time the event is booked. Camelot Club reserves the right to change room assignments if necessary. Special food and beverage minimums apply on Saturdays before 5:00 pm, all day Sunday, Mondays after 2:00 pm, and during the month of December. Due to high demand for dates, we do not allow Non-Members to host an event during the month of December.

Club Deliveries & Vendor Information
ALL deliveries are to be made using the Freight Elevator only. The key for the Freight Elevator may be obtained from the Plaza Level Security Guard. The loading dock in the Chase North Tower should be used for deliveries being made Monday – Friday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Delivery arrangements should be made by contacting the Catering Department for directions and approval. An approved list of vendors (including contact information) must be provided to the Catering Department at least thirty (30) days before the event.

Parking
Parking is available for Members to bill to their accounts in the Chase Tower South Parking Garage. A Member’s guest will pay the regular parking fee or may be charged to the Member’s account if requested. Camelot Club does not provide complimentary parking in the Chase Tower South Parking Garage at any time.

Liability
The member sponsor and host assume full responsibility for the conduct of his/her guests, employees, contractors, or other person on the property. Liability for damages occurring to the property of Camelot Club or building location will be charged accordingly. Camelot Club reserves the right to inspect and control all private events. Camelot Club does not assume any responsibility for damages to, or loss of property brought to the Club. We will gladly provide assistance to remove any personal items.
